Spacious and accessible but customer service is like lottery. Hardly find any staff that are helpful..Great for serve yourself shopping and not needing any help.

Well stocked and has basement parking.
Not often crowded and cramped. Has 5 self serve printing machines.

After being told by Officeworks Glen Waverley they were going to charge us $100 more than quoted for A4 printing, we went to the Box Hill store.
Completely different experience. Great service and fast!

Whilest I often need to use their printing services, this store is frequently frustrating. Hard to get assistance from staff members, have to line up for AGES to pay ( often only one staff member serving at counter) self- printing frequently not working or issues.
Today I tried to pH with a question but I couldn't get anyone to answer the store phone, so I came in. Been sitting here attempting to print out 6 photos ...for 67 minutes...2 attempts to get staff to help me were futile. Only good thing is store has free wifi.

This is my usual place for printing big projects and they used to be very friendly and supportive. But day by day they delay printing services because of lack of staff. Management either you have to consider allocating more staff for printing bigger jobs where self service cannot be used or train your staff to support other departments coz customers can see more staff walking around, idle printing machines but no staff to print.

1030am in the morning but the manager is too busy to get an item from the back store. Got the item after 15 minutes. Not a good experience when the store has more staff than customers in this quiet weekday morning.

Lovely staff helped with my purchase and offered to take my heavy item into my car. As someone who looks young and healthy but my joints actually work worse than my grandmother's, this saved me a lot of physical pain.

Very poor customer service from the sales assistant. When I greeted them with a friendly "hi mate, how's it going?" I received an empty stare. They then proceeded to put through my purchase ($120) without looking at me or speaking to me and once it had cleared I politely said, "thank you, have a great day" with a sincere smile. The assistant ignored me and turned their attention to a colleague about 10 meters away and shouted something about "enjoying the game last week". I felt like asking for an immediate refund and taking my business elsewhere. I was treated as if I didn't exist. This is unacceptable and your company needs to review their customer service policy. Judging by some other reviews here, I am not the only one who believes that. I will not be returning and I hope you and other customers read this review.

wanna use price beat buy second iPhone，the guy not happy to sell….ask all of modem ，he said not available，or no stock
but i check that i can order online any modem. that my first time spend 2000more，the staff not smile and face real bad….so i go to vermouth store，take 5 mins get what i wanna. never back boxhill store.
