Very unprofessional and James doesn’t even know how to talk to customers. They gave me time period of 10 working days for South Korea visa and it took 17 working days to get approved and even i went to South Korea embassy by myself to collect my passport. Not recommended Odyssey Travel at all and please don’t waste your time with them they are very rude and unprofessional. Thanks

These guys are very unprofessional. I have mailed my passport to them and it got stolen from the locker as they are kept unlocked. They can’t even communicate properly. Very disappointing!

They were very polite and easily answered my questions and concerns on the phone. I had been struggling to get a booking with another agency, so I tried here since they are walk-in. When we went in person, they were efficient with great service with Stella! The office space is on the smaller side but if you’ve prepared all your documents already, you’ll be in and out in a short time. I submitted my application and required documents with on Monday morning right after they opened and I received my text to pick-up my passport that same week on Wednesday afternoon. Strongly recommend for people to try. The location is easy to get to just take the elevator up to floor 8 and the door is on the right hand side after exiting from the elevator. To note: I am an international student here in Melbourne.

My passport was handled carelessly and they back to me with a ribbed ID page on my passport. I have a proof of scanned passport before sending to them, and it didn’t show any ribbed pages.

They can’t decide whether it was their or the Japan councilor’s fault because they did not check prior to handing over my passport to the Japan councilor that the passport was intact, and after receiving the passport from Japan councilor.

Now, I had to still pay overpriced $130 fee for the Japan visa with my passport’s ID page partially-ribbed, without any further clarifications from them (see screenshot), unsure if I can even enter my home country (not Japan) showing the ribbed passport

I would rate 1 star for the lack of professionalism and carelessness. If they had checked my original document’s condition from beginning (before & after giving to Japan council), this wouldn’t happen. I believe passports should have been handled with care by the travel agency as it is very valuable and hard to be replaced.

Definitely recommend anyone who need to apply Japanese visa in Melbourne. Staffs are very professional and friendly, they helped our family got our visa as quickly as possible without extra charge. 👍
