Odynova continues to be our favorite tour company. They arrange for us to have an incredible adventure with tour guides that are very personable and knowledgeable about their country. We end up after our trip feeling like we have made friends that we could come back and visit.

We worked with Allison Chiang on this trip. She was easy to communicate with and always responsive to our needs. She chose great tour guides and made suggestions for unique experiences.

One of the best experiences doing a tour to Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore. Joan Quin organized a fabulous trip for my mother and I. Everything was super well organized and if we had any doubts we could always reach out to our local representatives. All the hotels and tour guides were great and the pick-up/drop-off were seamlessly done. I couldn’t not recommend this company enough!

We really enjoyed the process of designing the trip because they have tremendous expertise and are willing to adapt to your needs. For example, we requested we end the trip at a very fancy, relaxing hotel, they arrange the Oberio Bali which was a unique and amazing property.

Christal assisted me planning a great trip to Japan just last month (May 2024), she was very responsive every time I revised her proposed itinerary, she also offered ideas and alternatives every step of the way. My trip had a good mix of historical, fun and kick back activities.

I personally liked the days when I have a private tour guide much better than when I joined a large group, and I enjoyed the small cities (Kyoto, Hakone, Hiroshima, and Kobe) a lot more than the large ones like Tokyo and Osaka.

But overall, it was an awesome trip.

Amazing MIA was MY travel consultant organising my dream holiday to Vietnam. She made the process so easy. Gina was my travel agent and she planned a 10 day Trip to Thailand. The trip package included excellent hotels, delicious breakfasts and lunches, and the convenience of a private driver in each city. I had an amazing experience with Odynovo Tours. From the beginning I was most impressed with their honesty. Our travel consultant was responsive and relational. One of the first things he said to me was, "Ma'am you know that March is the most expensive time of the year to visit Japan." I did know this but we really wanted to see the cherry blossoms. Which we did accomplish, though not in full bloom, but that's Mother Nature's fault, not Odynovo. Our travel consultant listened to what I wanted to see and do, stayed within our budget, even getting us refunds when experiences weren't available or hotels had to change. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived that many things were already taken care of for us that I didn't expect, like train tickets each day. Our guides for our tours were wonderful and spoke excellent English. The customer service and hospitality were amazing. I am so grateful that I found Odynovo and will definitely consider booking an international trip with them in the future.

We requested a personalised tour of Vietnam. Odynovotours organised that for us. The 16 days were a wonderful insight into Vietnamese culture, food and the beauty of the country. Gina Lui was fantastic in compiling our itinerary for us. Gina accommodated some late changes in our itinerary and contacted us in Vietnam to ensure our trip was going well. Our guides, all English speaking, were extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their country. The drivers were safe, courteous and their vehicles modern, air conditioned and well maintained. My wife and I both want to return to Vietnam to spend more time there. Our itinerary had us starting in the North (Hanoi, Ha Long Bay), travelling to the Central Province (Hue, Da Nang, Hoi An) and then onto Ho Chi Minh city and the Mekong. Our guides were all flexible as we modified some of our tours of interest in each city that we stayed. Our accommodation and meals were excellent where ever we stayed. Dinner for two on the river in Hoi An was the most memorable.
Our final stay at Con Dao archipelago was the icing on the cake. Absolutely stunning scenery contrasted with the island's dark history from colonial and more contemporary times.
