Dr Kruger is such a caring, kind and thorough GP. I have really appreciated her care over the last few years since I started seeing her. Because she is so good, she is often booked out for weeks but if you really need to see her, she will make the time. She really is a wonderful doctor and I am so grateful for her.

Arrived in to be welcomed by receptionist. Sat down for 5 minutes, and Dr Ng was on time . He very good understanding Doctor, and all questions were answered and problems seen too. Highly recommend.

Horrible experience the dr didn’t do anything I asked and refused to help me. the dr has been helping me with my extreme anxiety since my mum was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer a month ago and the dr had no empathy towards me and no desire to help me

I find some of the reception staff although very polite, very impersonal. I have been a patient of Dr Renata Krugers for over 12 years and the old staff (pre OCHRE) took the time to know this and my name.
I see Dr Renata every 4 weeks and now have to explain who I need to see and who I am and that I am a workers compensation patient every time.
It makes going to the surgery quite stressful.
The Doctors are as wonderful as always however.

Great practice with excellent doctors and reception staff. I’ve been seeing Dr Kruger for several years and she is very knowledgeable and compassionate. There is also lots of parking close by, and the practice facilities are nice and new.
