My family and I were meant to stay one night, and we instantly regretted NOT staying here for the week we were in Coffs. We were greeted and welcomed by Susan, who honestly, was so warm and welcoming and friendly. And then to be greeted by young Elliot (little puppy) was just icing on the cake for my family and I. The location is perfect. Across the road from Ocean Park is the beach, the bowls club, local pub, cafe and petrol station down the road and plenty of parks and BBQ areas, also close to the shopping centre. Location is perfect for everything.

We ended up staying two nights, and both rooms we booked were immaculate. Super spacious, comfy, incredibly clean and had everything we needed for our two night stay. Laundry services on site also made it easier travelling with a large group.

Thank you for having my family and I Susan.
You instantly made us all feel welcome, and went above and beyond for my family and I.

Should we ever travel to Coffs again, we will be sure to book with you.

What a great hotel! Rooms are great, well maintained, super clean and comfortable! Hotel is located right across from the beach and lots of local places to eat in an easy walking distance. We had a fantastic stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

I recently stayed here for a weekend getaway and loved it! It’s right on the beach, the room was clean and the staff are lovely! Special thank you to Susan for her exceptional service!

Positive good location walk to beach and bowls club which was nice. The room is very outdated and the old air conditioning sounded like an aeroplane. The ceiling fan was also really noisy. Arrived on a hot day to find the pool closed. Not ideal ☹️

I booked this place for a one night stay but due to the floods on the Mid North Coast of NSW in May 2025, I couldn’t get to to the town of Coffs Harbour as the road was blocked in both directions.|I contacted the motel as soon as I heard on the news that the roads were closed which was about 7pm at night. I spoke to a message service that said the motel was closed and they’d pass on my concerns and someone would call me in the morning. By 9.30am the next morning I hadn’t heard do I called again and spoke to a lady by the name of Susan.|I explained my situation and asked if they motel could refund me the $275 I’d paid for the booking as it was very extenuating circumstances and there was no way I could make my booking that night.|Susan immediately became abrupt and aggressive and told me there was “ nothing she could do as we are not flooded in “.|When I pleaded with Susan again , she rudely told me she’d offer me a 6 month credit.|I advised her I lived some 10 hours from Coffs and could she at least offer a 12 month credit to which she replied “ that’s the best I can do “.|When I told her I wouldn’t get back to Coffs in the next 6 months she abruptly hung up on me.|I’ve emailed this motel but am yet to get a refund.|Don’t risk booking with this place as it’s clear they’ve got no compassion when it comes to a family being caught up in a natural disaster

easy check-in, addressed my small issue with the manager via email, in which it was resolved. stayed here twice already and have booked again. family-friendly, quiet (even though my kids are loud) clean rooms, comfortable bed.

Location was great, apartment was older and the beds weren't particularly comfortable but it was spacious. We stayed a week with four young kids in the apartment, which made not having a vacuum accessible less than ideal as the living area was carpet and we were right across from the beach. I ended up borrowing a family members vacuum as after a few days it really needed doing.
The kids had an amazing time but we didn't have a great experience with the caretaker. Just a few moments that were unpleasant.
Would be a great place if its to just come and go during the day or stop over on your way through. Not somewhere I would take the family to relax.
