Fantastic location opposite beach, and the Managers Donna and Wayne went out of their way to be of assistance.
This was the second time I had stayed here, relaxed and chilled. Can recommend to budget conscious travellers.

Arrived in Coffs the Tuesday night before Cyclone Alfred. We were on a house hunting mission and had planned to camp for a bit. Then the weather changed suddenly and 6.30pm we were looking for accommodation. Reached out to Ocean Parade motel and (new managers) Mark & Donna didn't hesitate to assist.
We ended up staying between the motel and the holiday cabins, that Mark and Donna also manage, for 3 weeks. Mark and Donna have taken the challenge since July 2024 to rectify all the past manager's short comings and have been fixing up both properties, working tirelessly to give customers the experience they are looking for. Any traveller can rest easy knowing the properties are clean and comfortable which makes for a pleasant stay.
As mentioned, we were looking to buy a home and Mark and Donna were great in accommodating our unknown stay time. Where they had a traveller tentatively booked into our room, they did what I call 'the booking shuffle' and we were never left looking for somewhere else to stay.
The holiday cabins down the road are undergoing the same face lift, and while a little dated still they are very clean, plus there is a lovely lady, Jackie, who lives in the park to help keep things clean, and an eye on the park for Mark and Donna. I would 100% recommend either place. Mark and Donna are amazing, and in my opinion, what they have achieved since taking over management is just the start of things to come.

Short walk to cafe , club, hotel and beach. Room was clean, modern and quite. Owners were friendly and made us feel welcome. Would stay there again.

Booked last minute for a large family. Mark and Donna were happy to help and very friendly. Grounds are well kept and the pool was great for a quick dip and was very clean. Rooms have basic amenities but are clean. Beds were comfy and plenty of them. No kids had to share!

We asked for no steps, they upgraded our room to a 2 bedroom with disabled facilities. So friendly and accommodating. Stayed 9 nights. Will definitely return.

Stayed another 9 nights a few months later. So happy with the service and location. Very relaxing stay.

We enjoyed our stay of 9 days again. Mark and Donna always ready to help, so we are well looked after. Very clean and comfortable. Close to everything we need.

Large room, comfortable bed, well appointed with bench space for microwave, kettle etc. Bathroom adequate, could do with an exhaust fan though !! Good location and quiet. Will definitely return.

Last minute selection, in this area. Was welcomed by management. Facilities were very clean and well maintained. Excellent location at a reasonable price, very enjoyable stay.

Lovely and friendly motel, the room was simple but had everything we needed and the beds were comfy. Easy to find and right next to the beach which my son loved! There's seating outside so we could hang out after our son's bedtime. Just stayed one night but it would be perfect for a weekend stay. The new owners are really friendly and accommodating. Thanks a lot!
