Love the place! Every fish and chips outlets in Australia has its very own speciality! This one is awesome too!! The fried sotong was a spot on for me! The prawns were super fresh! Another great place to dine with family! Ty!!

This is a good fish-and-chip shop along Middleton Road in Albany. They have indoor seating and do take-away as well. Opening hours are 11am to 8pm daily (closed on Mondays). We had dinner here recently and really enjoyed our meal.

Several locally sourced fish on offer along with a range of non-fish mains and sides. Fish is prepared several different ways (battered, grilled, crumbled). We tried their snapper and shark grilled with chips. Seasoning was nice, fish fresh and tasted very good. Service was friendly & timely. Prices reasonable, portion sizes just fine. Overall, very good meal that we'd be happy to repeat.

My family loves sea food and they had a lovely time. I'm allergic to seafood but the staff were amazing and made a chicken burger for me and even cooked my chips separately so they wouldn't be contaminated. Amazing food.

Ocean and Paddock is hands down one of the best fish and chip spots in all of Australia—and I don’t say that lightly.

The lemon pepper crumb fish is absolutely outstanding: crispy on the outside, perfectly cooked and flaky on the inside, with a seasoning that elevates the entire dish. Coconut dusted pineapple fritters…and they do a standard crumb or a lemon and pepper crumb! Not too greasy or oily, just right.

It’s easy to see why this place is so popular—locals and visitors alike flock here, and it’s well worth the wait. Portions are generous, the chips are spot on, and everything is cooked to order with obvious care and pride.

If you’re in Albany, this is an absolute must-visit.

Menu extensive, batter was crisp, nice sitting area. Originally bought dinner from Albany Fish and Chips, but needed a top up so we stopped by Ocean & Paddock. Batter was noticeably better! They has fried Mars Bars too!

Absolutely amazing seafood ! The fish was so fresh and melt in your mouth alongside the battered hokaido scallop which was so delicious we ordered two serves. Surpasses the best seafood in Sydney. Staff were lovely and so friendly. Place was very clean and spacious. If you’re in Albany this defines Albany seafood !!

Beautiful meal. I chose the seared tuna with kimchi and bok choy (big serve and realy tasty)and my hubby had Gluten Free battered fish and prawns which had the lightest batter with chips. Super crunchy and perfectly cooked. A great lunch!! 👍🏼
