Mostly a good stay. Location good. Parking easy and free. Apartment could have been a bit cleaner (just the finer detail stuff). The perfume smell in reception and the corridors was really overbearing and unnecessary, fresh air is best.

This was our Second stay here in 4 years with our family of 4. This time around our stay was 3 weeks which we really enjoyed and didn't want to leave. Our 11 and 13 year old kids spent plenty of time in the pool and spa and just loved it. We think this hotel has the perfect location with everything you need close by, shopping, beach, restaurants, transport, its all just a short walk away. Thank you, we will see you again.

Great place to stay. Location is amazing. We stayed 3 nights on the 9th floor and loved it. The view was fantastic and the unit was clean and comfortable. Good sized balcony and nice amenities. Staff are very friendly too.

What a terrible and disappointing stay. Firstly as you enter there is an overpowering smell once you enter reception, the apartment we stayed was truly disappointing. The room smelt of mould and the air conditioning did not work correctly. Ve rrad previous reviews about the same issue on other sites, I reported to reception lady on 30th July. The woman at counter was extremely rude and dismissive. I had a few other issues needing help with and the same lady previous day addressed our requests with a look of being discusted, I will be making a formal complaint about her service and horrible attitude, The other office staff were also unfriendly, most of the time they be talking to local residents , a very unprofessional look, the ocean pacific broadbeach is very untidy and not cleaned well, was told an ocean view but could just see a glimpse between trees, the incredibly loud street noise is constant, Clearly no double glased windows, lots of rowdy locals in loud cars, on an evening walk I noticed that a big development is getting built soon infront of the building so if you like peace and quiet I suggest looking else where, An extremely disappointing stay with extremely rude staff, would definitely not recommend this complex. Don't waste your money, As a retired married couple who was looking forward to this stay , it will be one to forget. Ocean pacific broadbeach a very big disappointment.
Oh I forget to add there are multiple dogs in the complex. The owners freely let them off lead and staff allow it, they can be extremely intimidating if you are scared of dogs,

Great place to stay. Walking distance to shops and Pac Fair. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and decent size all amenities to cook in.. View was lovely. Good proximity to the beach!

Disappointed in some of our stay.
Travelling from New Zealand with two children we wanted to minimise bringing over bulk items, pram, carseats, portacot.
When booking to stay here, we requested a portacot. When we arrived at 10.30pm after already having a delayed flight, issues with our rental car we put our 4 year old to sleep then went to open the portacot for our 10 month old. NO MATTRESS!!!
We had to fold a huge blanket for the mattress and luckily we had brought our own sheets with us. In the morning we went to reception and asked where the mattress was for the portacot we got told sorry we dont supply them. How can you say you can provide a portacot and not supply the mattress that you need to use it? If we had known that we would have brought our own one over. One bedroom had mould on the ceilings in the door frame there was mould all up which I had to clean up so my 10 month old wasn’t going to touch it. Under neath the bin lid covered in mould. The shower, had mould. This is something that shouldn’t even need to be brought up in the first place. JUST DONT HAVE MOULD.
Attention to detail window frames weren’t cleaned, and neither were the cupboards in the kitchen.

A very good location. The unit itself is very tired and definitely needs some TLC. it had alot of mold on the blind in the lounge area, needs replacing, same with the bathroom, needs a up date. Everyone very friendly, has a lovely out door area, pool spa gym.
