My organization rented this space sight-unseen since I was traveling in from out-of-state. Once I arrived the day of our event, I couldn't have been happier with the space and the level of service from Jeff and his team at 4W43 Building! The weeks leading up to the event, Jeff always picked up his phone or got back to me right away when I had a question. I love that he packaged everything together for one fee (including tables & chairs, security, AV tech, etc.)... no surprises! The day of the event, our room was set up ahead of time, Jeff's team arrived promptly by 6am as promised, and everything was perfect. I've managed a lot of events and I wish they all went as smooth as this one. Location of this space is central and easily accessible on the ground floor. Great space to host events! Jeff is awesome to deal with. Very professional and very accommodating and so were his team. From start to finish Jeff and his team ensured everything was under control and smooth and was present during the entire presentation to tackle any backstage issues that came up which was none at ours but good to know that we had his team’s backup if we needed anything. Thanks for everything!

My organization loved the space that we selected for our event! Our young people and their families loved the space just as much as my team! It was our first time bringing all of our students and families together (since the pandemic) and it was a major success! Jeff and his team along with the space made it possible. From my initial inquiry, to determining the floor plan, to day of coordination and execution--everything felt seamless and smooth. It was my first time planning an event to this level and Jeff was a helpful thought partner. We're definitely planning to partner with Jeff and the NYC Event Spaces team again for our next event. Highly recommend!

Jeff and the NYC Spaces team were very accommodating to our needs as they developed over the week. Our host Diego was outstandingly warm, thoughtful and helpful. The space itself was quiet, had good wifi, was well ventilated, and a great location for our needs.

My company held an all-day event here and it was a big success. Very convenient location. All our needs were met by professional staff. There was a stage presentation with lights and AV, catered lunch, and break out sessions in various rooms. Everything went according to plan, well organized, highly recommended.
