Beautiful location beside the top end of the Nerang River. It's 'dog friendly' & the conditions of entry nominate 'dogs to be on a lead' however that wasn't the case during our week stay & dogs ran a muck everywhere. I understand it would be difficult to enforce, so if you don't have a dog, be prepared for the mayhem & constant need to chase them out of your camp during meal prep times.

We'll/- I'll Be Back. Lots to see and do.. rain did not stop us, certainly didn't dampen our spirits of adventure or fun. We made the most of our time. Sad it was only 1 night.. we didnt miss a beat making the most of creating fond memories "camp" related, company atmosphere, breath taking sites/ views, walks, mud, all that good stuff. Ticking all the boxes of what camping is all about.. Thanks Numinbah Valley Bush Camping- I look forward to booking with you again.. the only complaint I have is -we just need to upgrade our camping gear.

I had a wonderful stay here! Such a beautiful natural environment. We camped here with family and had little ones in tow. They had a wonderful time swimming, investigating and running around in all the space. The cows roaming around was a bonus!! It made for a great experience. Plenty of camp spots along the river so it did not feel over crowded. I've seen not great reviews regarding the toilets and shower. I think they come down to different camping experiences and expectations, I found them to be working, clean and with toilet paper!
Kim was fantastic to deal with. Friendly, communicative and helpful.
We will definitely be back to stay on future trips.

loved the birdlife, frogs, misty mountains, campfire, peace. Toilets were basic but ok. would love to see easy access to creek made so it is easy to go and sit by the creek. I loved the area and tge drive.

We booked this site to meet up with our Grandchildren all under 10. They had the best experience exploring the bush and river and swimming in the waterhole, sitting around the campfire cooking marshmallows. They can't wait to return. The showers and toilets are clean . And Kim is a absolute gem and made us feel very welcome.
We will definitely be back.

I stayed here for one night on 13 July 2024. Everything was fine. Some photos on the website are a little old, there were two sets of facilities, one looked relatively new, with four flushing toilets (with toilet paper, which seems to be complained about in some reviews) and three hot showers. The owner was nice, there are plenty of spots to camp by the creek. **Update 24 November 2024** - stayed again, still great value for money. I have added three photos from the 24 November stay, showing the camping area and showers/toilets.

Spent a night at Numinbah for the Veteran Games 2024 (RAW Challenge Venue).

The information available from the website, booking, and team was clear and simple.

The Check In was straight forward on the day.

And the facilities were better than one would expect camping, so all round good experience.

4x4 or 4x2 access. Plenty of space.

Not my photo but confirm it is accurate

Plain grass area with a gate in front to not get the cattle in.
We paid 36$ (unpowered, no powered site available) for one night, which we thought is okay for what was promised but way too much for what is actually provided.
We wanted to take one of the hot showers - which apparently were only warm for 3 seconds and ice cold after. Going to the toilet we had to notice we needed our own toilet paper. Also, after we could not wash our hands until getting back to our van because there was no sink at all - just some empty (or just not working?) hand sanitizer in front of the showers.
We would have liked to call the office staff and asked about these two things, but there is no reception at all in the area and the office is not on the campground itself.
Also, be aware when stepping out of your campervan because there is a lot of cattle poo.
