We had a really nice time at this park and always have. The amenities are really good and the location is really convenient. It's the first time we have been back in about 12 months and one thing we have noticed is how tightly they fit the caravans on the powered sites. There is very little room and it makes it very difficult to get in and out when other vans have arrived before you. We wish they would spread it out as it was with Big 4.

The positives:
Great position, close to local shops in and around Batemans Bay. Must do if you love seafood is visit the boathouse in Batemans Bay. Absolutely stunning seafood.
The park is Well maintained. We didn’t use any of the facilities but they all looked tidy and clean.
Easy access to the beach.
Friendly staff.

The negatives:
Our site #232 proved too small for our 9 metre caravan and car combined. We were unable to accommodate both on the site and had to park the car in the guest parking area, which was a little disappointing. Maneuvering the caravan in such a tight space was also challenging.

But all in all we had a lovely stay.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin for our family of 4. Cabin was amazing had everything we needed. The facilities are great Pool for the kids where many friends made. Jumping pillow, mini golf and table tennis. Kids will love being here. Staff very friendly and helpful. Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄

Absolutely loved staying here. This is a great place for children they have mini golf a pool, access to the beach which is very easy for kids, go carts for hire was awsome to see everyone riding around. A jumping pillow which is shaded and a games room for the kids. The amenities were fantastic. Music in the bathrooms can’t complain. Showers were great very clean. You could rent out balls and games from reception. Honestly a fantastic location and great staff. Nothing was too hard for them. We’re definitely coming back. what I also loved was we got a text message that a coffee van was there for an hour to come and get coffee if we wanted it and I just thought that was a really great extra touch.

Great location - close to shops and dog friendly beach. En-suite site was very clean but getting into the site was a bit tight with the caravan luckily we were a corner site. Good amenities such as laundry, pool, etc - an on site dog wash would be super helpful.

Upon arrival were met by incredibly friendly staff. The park itself is clean, tidy, and well spaced for plenty of vans. There are pedal carts available, the usual ping pong, jumping pillow, quite a large pool with a good sized shallow area for kids. The BBQs are clean and plentiful and the camp kitchen is excellent. The beach is a 2 minute walk and is calm and perfect for an early morning or late night swim, or take a stroll in either direction on the beach itself. The park is close to all amenities, food and shopping wise, and will take you 6-8 minutes to drive there. Even in off peak, the weekends do get busy and the park does fill up. There are cabins, powered sites, ensuite sites and unpowered. And yes you still get the odd numpty that turns up at 10pm and sets up a 10 person tent by himself, hammering till midnight. I did ask Thor about his hammer, but he lost his sense of humour when setting up the tent 😂. All in all, a great place to stay with great amenities. Just a shame there isn't a whole lot to do here, but perfect if you just want to relax, swim, read a book and consume a few quiet ones. They even bring in food vans, coffee trucks and local singers on some evenings. Will definitely stay again.

We bought a cabin here because of the location and the easy access to our allocated car space. My disability made it difficult to park in any tight space. Our car space was within the painted area allocated and within our cabin number. Without any consultation or notification of any sort, management have painted over our designated car space number and squeezed in another camp site. Surely money can't be that tight at the park. Thanks management, had you pulled this pissant move prior to our purchase we would not have bought at your park. Bloody disgraceful lack of consideration.

We just spent 2 weeks here over Christmas / New Years, while the park and location is excellent, the state of the amenities every morning was disgraceful. One of the male toilets was out of service for the entire duration of our stay, the remaining 3 had no toilet paper until they were serviced mid morning. The undersized & out dated pool was closed for 2 days due to "code brown" incidents. An extra scheduled clean every day wouldn't go astray over the peak seasons. In 20 odd years of caravaning up and and down the east coast of NSW & QLD i would say these amenities were the most poorly serviced i have come across. Not up to standard for the premium rates charged.
