I love going to tourist information centres. I find them more helpful than online. The staff here were all so lovely and helpful, even when their eftpos was playing up. Would definitely visit here again.

If your ever in the Shoalhaven South Coast and don’t know where to go or what to do than the Nowra Information Centre is a start. I entered the side on Bridge road Nowra where I was taken back by mind bending art work. It is wheel chair accessible. I walked into The information centre and you notice how clean it is. Also there is a coffee lounge available. I was greeted by a beautiful lady named Helen, she was happy to help and gave me reading material on activities to do while travelling through Shoalhaven South Coast, walks, beaches & accommodations. I’m not just saying this but it’s a pleasant place even just giving yourself a break from the outside world. We’ll done 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

To the lovely lady (sorry, forgot the name) who understood our requirements and recommended Bundanon Art Museum. Thank you for going above and beyond in checking weather and providing suggestions. We are so pleased we did Bundanon. Thank you. A very nice and modern visitor center with a cafe, which has indoor and outdoor seating. If you are in the area, definitely drop in and you might find some surprises to add to your itinerary from the knowledgeable and very nice staff.

Emma is so friendly staff at the service center, Cathy is nice and patient too. We arrived here before they almost close, Emma introduced lot of interesting activities to us and gave us some helpful maps. In a word, the staff here are really nice people!

The visitor centre staff knowledgeable, friendly and terrific. Buying a simple long black however proved to be difficult, go figure. Paid, sat down in very pleasant surroundings....and waited....and waited ... signalled wait staff, no response. I had paid, simple order, no response. Counter staff assumed I hadn't paid, and asked to charge again. Taking a coffee order isn't rocket science is it? Took my coffee as a take out, left, puzzled.

visited the nowra information Centre on Tuesday afternoon and was greeted by a young guy. He was extremely helpful as we were looking for accommodation. He rang a few places and sent us off with some places to check out. I appreciate the time he took. We didn't take any of them but found one ourselves but was happy with the service he provided. Huge thumbs up for his patience.

Fresh spacious facilities and amenities. The service is fantastic with splendid helpfulness. Here you also can book a RV campsite for 11 dollars at the showground, which is worth a visit just by itself with Ben's walk and the hanging cliff.

Extremely rude women served me at the counter. My presence seemed enough to inconvenience her. I very politely greeted her then asked for some local information to which she loudly sighed and asked what did I need it for. From there, everything else I asked seemed like I was asking for her first born. No smile, no professionalism and most definitely not friendly at all.
