We had a lovely stay. The location was great, access to Gym, Pool, both 2 mins walk. Rooty Hill club was a welcoming treat directly next door with an array or food experiences to choose from. Restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast. It's a 1 stop stay and has all you need.

Room was so spacious our 2 boys loved that they still had room to play around in. Location was perfect close to everything you could ever need. Staff were amazing and family friendly from the reception, the house keeping and the breakfast buffet. My boys felt like they were home and didn’t want to leave. Thank you Novotel we will definitely be back.

I enjoyed my stay. But I've noticed that you don't supply toothbrush which it is very important for hygiene purpose. The room is huge and with clean carpet even without room slippers provided. Last time there was slippers provided but not my recent stay. I still thank you for giving me a complimentary accomodation.

Stayed for one night. Room was huge with king size bed, two lounges, nice bathroom and large TV. Staff were friendly, plenty of undercover parking was available. Coffee machine with plenty of pods, fresh milk and a selection of teas. Water and soft drinks were complimentary with an ice machine in the corridor on each floor. Overall, was a nice stay.

We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment which was huge. 2 queen and 1 king bed. 2 lounge areas and kitchenette.
Wasted on a couple staying 1 night but great for a family or group. Room was very quiet.
Great for seeing a band at the Coliseum Theatre

It's another Novatel. The reception and staff were fantastic! Rooms were clean and maintained daily. The condition of the hallways leading to the rooms requires a little maintenance though. If you're a light sleeper and on the lower floors it's a bit noisy. Other doors close hard and wake you up and all types of other loud noises.

From check in to check out everything was fabulous. The room was lovely, the staff were helpful and very friendly and having the RSL right at the door was a bonus. We enjoyed everything about our stay.

We had a king suite and it was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was also big with plenty of towels etc. The furniture was a tad dated and could do with a spruce up but we were only staying the one night. The cost of the room was a bit overpriced for the area (we did have a "staff" discount due to a family member) but overall was a pleasant enough stay.
