Excellent venue, great ambiance, ample of car parking. We had a wedding reception and the experience was amazing. The only feedback is the management wasn’t very cooperative to accommodate the food vendors in the kitchen as the food was outsourced from a Gold star rated catering restaurant. A bit more support and empathy would have led to a sure shot 5 star review. Apart from this it is a highly recommended venue for medium and large gatherings.

We had the most incredible experience hosting our wedding at Novella on the Park, and we can’t recommend it enough! From the very start, Nikolina and Zainab were exceptional in their planning and coordination. They took the time to truly understand our vision, offering expert advice and suggestions that made everything come together seamlessly. They were always responsive, patient, and truly went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect.

On the night of the event, Dom’s management of the evening was flawless. He ensured everything ran smoothly, keeping everything on schedule while allowing us to relax and enjoy the celebration without a worry. His attention to detail and calm demeanor kept things running effortlessly behind the scenes, allowing us to focus on making memories with our loved ones.

The team at Novella on the Park made our wedding day a dream come true. From the planning to the execution, their dedication to excellence was evident every step of the way. We’re so grateful to have had such a fantastic team helping us create the perfect day!

If you are considering having a school formal here, look no further. Novella is an exceptional venue in terms of service, food and decor.

The planning and co-ordination headed by Nikolina was second to none and made for a very pleasant and seamless experience.

The students and their parents had an amazing time which is a testament to the Novella staff and their fantastic in house DJ (Hey Mr DJ PRoductions).

5 stars for Novella, is definitely an understatement! I don’t know how to express our gratitude to Novella & the team! From the day we decided to see Novella we were greeted by John & the staff. They made sure that everything that I requested was done. I had the pleasure of dealing with Nikolina & she was just an amazing soul, just knowing after the wedding that it would be our last interaction made me so sad. Planning my wedding with her was like planning with my own sister, she is family to me now! I can’t express the amount of great feedback we got!! On my wedding day, I was greeted by Natalia and John (owner) and his son which was just so sweet! Then came Dominic & he was just on fire & on it! The food was amazing & the service was 100 out of 10. I am someone who is very particular with it comes to events & I can’t even express just how much Novella & the Team came through for my husband & I, but 2 weeks later, Novella is still the talk of our family gatherings! John I hope you know just how amazing you & the team are!! I am writing this review purely out of gratitude & admiration for you all! I need to come up with another another event just so we can come back!!!🥰🥰🥰

Also let me just say this, for anyone who is looking at the reviews, Whilst I have seen reviews below that are not pleasing to the eye, I challenge you to contact Novella & check it out for yourself! Meet John & the staff and you will understand why I highly recommend this place!!!!!

I am so pleased with the service of Novella on my birthday celebration. From the paperwork till the actual event, it was smooth, relaxed, complete in detail, and quick response to emails and calls. During the event, we all enjoyed the huge and well lighted space, its cleanliness, the availability of the space for us for the decoration and preparation, timely delivery of delicious food from entree to main to dessert, and the event manager, waiters and projector operator who were cordial as they do their job well thus easing our stress and adrenalin. What a privilege as well to have met the owner of Novella, maybe we were fortunate that he was around and so he never missed an opportunity for us to meet and have a quick chat. What a gentleman and very customer-oriented to have a connection with people. Thank you for making my celebration a fantastic, elegant and memorable one!

Dear John, Venita, Daniella and Novella Team, Words cannot express how truly grateful we are for all you did to make the celebration of Isabella’s and Vince’s wedding a memorable experience. From the very first meeting to the actual event, everything was handled with ease, nothing was too much trouble and everyone was always courteous. On the actual night, the venue looked impressive, the food was delicious and the staff were all very polite.

When choosing a venue for your daughter’s wedding, you are filled with angst as the choices are many and you don’t know until then event what is going to happen. However, with Novella, we always sensed that it would be amazing, based on the service we received throughout. You should all be proud of the exceptional way you all look after your guests.
