I would just like to pass on a well done and big thank you to the team at Norweld, Jenna and Jono just to name a few of the team at Norweld that brought my dream rig together. After delays acquiring the ute and having to change from an Isuzu to a BT Mazda, Norweld (Jono) didn't have a problem and couldn't do enough for me while we waited for the car to arrive. Advice on suspension and electrical system was spot on. In November 2021 the tourer was ready for the Big Read Bash Birdsville via lightning ridge, Thargomindah, Cameron Corner, Innnamincka then Birdsville and back to Sydney. The Norweld was fantatic, the electric system didn't miss a beat feeding two fridges, lights and all the other mod cons. No dust in the canopy and the rig rode well across all road types and the Norweld build turned heads everywhere it was parked and the number one comment was the quality of the work in the build and I would add the customer service is of the highest quality thank you Norweld.

FYI just about to set out on a lap around Australia and are so thankful we made the decision to buy Norweld! We have been using this setup for camping and every day use for two years and can’t fault it! No dust, or leaks, because we know these are the real deal for Australian conditions in trays and canopy’s and after sales service. We are big ambassadors for the Norweld product!

After 14 months on the road, most of it off road in WA, I cannot speak highly enough about our Norweld canopy. We tented it, so our canopy was our kitchen, wardrobe and general storage. The canopy kept eveything dry and dustless. The after sales service on the road and on our return has been the best after sales service we have ever had for any product or service. I can confidently recommend Norweld and Jonathon and the staff from the Sydney branch are fantastic to deal with.

An absolute pleasure to deal with Jonathon Warren, supported by Jenna Alley (from my perspective) could not have done more to make the purchase a stress free experience. Being forward leaning as you two were and keeping me informed each step of the way was much appreciated.
AND THEN.....
There's the canopy! I like to think I have fairly high standards when it comes to what I want for my cars but NORWELD has far exceeded my expectations. A beautiful canopy to look at (its on my new Next Gen Ranger) but is also so functional. Stunning to say the least!!
The car is off getting a few more tweaks before its ready to tour but I can't wait to live out of the canopy in the Desert next year.

I spent a fair bit of time investigating when it came to choosing a canopy. The incredible reviews that Norweld had always stood out to me, better than just about any brand or product I’ve ever seen. There were a hell of a lot of reviews that started with “I don’t usually write reviews, but for a product/service this good, I had to” - and now I am in the same boat.

I purchased a deluxe gen2 canopy base and a deluxe canopy package with a few extras. I don’t think there is any doubting the quality of the product, and that is fairly well documented in the 4wd/touring community. However, the service I received from Norweld was nothing short of first rate. Like most people these days, I am exposed to customer service very frequently but still can hardly remember a better experience when purchasing. I dealt primarily with James, but also with Jonathon and Jenna. Right from start to finish, they were all incredibly polite, informative, helpful and friendly. Not a great deal more you can ask for. James offered me everything I needed during quoting stage to give me the certainty that Norweld was the way to go. He was responding to me during the Christmas period, sent diagrams or specs so I could ensure the suitability, answered every question I had (no matter how left field) and ultimately made the experience very simple for me.

I was given plenty of information about scheduling, getting the vehicle to them and the progress of the build. When there was some dramas and changes with the vehicle coming from Japan and the ETA kept moving back, they were more than accomodating with moving install dates around. When the vehicle then suddenly came early, they had the canopy built and squeezed my install in earlier than expected on short notice.

I can’t, in any way, fault the goods or the service I received from Norweld, big thanks to everyone involved from their team. I’ll undoubtedly be recommending them to anyone in the market for a tray and canopy and it is certainly my intention to remain loyal to them following this experience.

Purchased canopy for cruiser 2 years ago. The product is awesome. I have had zero issues with the build or running gear. The customer service at Wetherill Park is second to none. Highly recommend having a look at the show room when shopping around.
