I went there last night and the staff were so amazing! My mum and I had accessible seats for the mezzanine but due to a switch it was 18+, after talking to the very nice lady working at the front of the veue she gave my mum and I seats right next to the stage. one of the security escorted us to and from that area and made sure we were both very comfortable. the guy who was handing out waters on the right side of the stage was so amazing and even helped me get a setlist when my mum asked. I wish I asked for his name since he was so nice and helpful. even asking some of the people who were standing in front of me to move back. I wish I could rate it more than 5 stars since it was probably one of the best venues in Melbourne.
It was such an amazing experience and made my whole week. Thank you so much xx

Brilliant venue with a constant stream of quality acts. Added bonus is the occasional family friendly gig where the gallery bar is made alcohol free and kids can get a taste of the live music scene. No shortage of food options in the surrounding strip which is just a pre pr post gig bonus.

I loved the venue and the wonderful atmosphere this beautiful theater creates. I attended a performance by Los Hermanos Gutiérrez, and it was an amazing experience. The sound quality was excellent, making the show even more special. Definitely a place I’d love to visit again.

I've only been here once, during the New Model Army concert. Was hugely impressed with the sound in the venue and the friendliness of the staff. Not sure how this will go when it's really packed though

Not bhad good syze!! Had fun drunk heaps of bourbon then got served a clean hot glass from dishwasher but awesomely the bar lady gave me a cold glass and I poured it into it and continued my festivities watching Rodrigues y Gabriella. Easily 5 stars would totz go again. Bar next door was good too!! Drank star ward but no affiliation with Dan 😂

Amazing venue for live gigs! Friendly and welcoming staff. A venue where all are welcome and treated equally. Fantastic sounding main room with great visibility for crowds to see their favorite artists. Love the Northcote!
