I took a 10 week Stand Up Paddle boarding session here. To be honest during that time it was the best part of my entire week and turned into something I looked forward to doing every Saturday morning.

The instruction was good, there were only 2-3 SUP Boarders and about 8-10 kayaks. We were given a board that was appropriate for our skill and confidence level and the instruction was good to get us going and being more adventurous.

The water in this bay is quite tranquil early in the morning and nice in rain or sun. Very relaxing and highly recommended. I did however find that each week we did a variation of the same route, so it can get a bit repetitive unless the group is really fast and you get to explore further out.
