We had a young driver, Lindsay, today for a commute to a local park for school sports (Licence plate TV - 9734). He was the most high-spirited and thorough bus driver I have encountered. He was great with setting expectations on board for students' behaviour and was full of interesting and wonderful insights, coming from his engineering background. Many thanks to the company for employing such an affable driver and Happy 24th Birthday to Lindsay for tomorrow!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Appalling behaviour by the bus driver (hired for our wedding) and no accountability and only $50 refund as a compensation from the company. What an insult.
- Bus driver put lives at risk. He reversed into a tree, shattered glass everywhere, with my guests inside the bus. Thankfully, no-one was sitting at the back of the bus and no-one was behind the bus. Continued driving my guests and took no safety precautions.
- Missed wedding guests at a location point and drove off.
- At the reception conclusion, the bus driver came inside, asked for an alcoholic beverage (which they refused), danced on the dancefloor and then had the audacity to eat our wedding cake.
- He drove up a windy road that says 'No vehicles exceeding 6 metres'.
- He was erratic, careless and some guests refused to get back on the bus at the end of the night in fear of their safety, so opted for an Uber.
This is unacceptable behaviour.

Company drivers are aggressive and rude to personnel telling them they are not in appropriate parking locations that cause traffic problems. After calling the number on the bus, we where told they have not updated the phone number and given the correct contact information. After calling the correct number we where told the driver could do what ever they needed to do no matter what the local regulations are in a extremely rude manner then hung up on the phone call.

Worst Experience Imaginable! Used these guys for my wedding and honestly they damn near ruined the day. Firstly, they were half an hour late, and when I asked why the driver was so late he was extremely rude and unapologetic. Driver was clearly just keen to home and drove recklessly, almost causing a crash at one point. He also refused to drop people close to their accommodation, with some people having to walk up to 10 minutes in high heels in the middle of the night. Management offered me $50 off my next booking, wouldn't go back to them if they were the last bus company in Sydney.

Terrible experience with this company. I had booked a bus service months in advance, to take guests home after a large function.
The arranged driver did not show up, simply because he had neglected to properly read his schedule.
I had to call the company to find out what had happened, after arranging last minute options with my guests. There was no accountability on the day. I would not trust this company with any important event.

To be fair, the company manager promptly refunded my payment, and apologised professionally.

We had a wonderful experience with North Sydney Bus Charters.
The staff of the end of emails and phone calls were all 100% on the ball every time we made contact, their responses were immediate.
Your drivers were lovely, they were so prompt upon arrival, really early for each pick up, nothing was too much trouble at all.
Thank you so much, we really appreciated it and will certainly use you again in the future for all of our charters.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! After booking 6 weeks in advance, 4 days before our event they told us they couldn't supply us with the vehicle we had requested because it was being serviced. Other vehicles were offered but they weren't suitable. Luckily we found someone else to save the day!
