Check in and out was quick and easy. Rooms were spacious and very clean and modern. The restaurant does close early (7.30pm) so no in hotel options for dinner if you arrive late but it's still a great place to stay. Bed was very comfy and shower was great

Great size of the room, easy access from the car park. Restaurant Great food but on the expensive side, great view when outdoors of lake. Reception was easy with pre-book-in. The local area easy walk to many shops and North Lakes shopping centre is very good for all your shopping needs.

Excellent service and very approachable staff. Will highly recommend this hotel for romantic night away, corporate events and if you need accommodation in Brisbane. The facilities is great and lots of options for fun evenings and breakfast with a view.

I love this place, best customer service, friendly, helpful, every staff member you walk past says hello, rooms are 10/10 spotless and everything is very comfortable. Stayed here last night (today is Good Friday) and as their cafe is not opening for Good Friday they have put a complimentary breakfast box in the fridge inside the room which had fruit, bottle of apple juice, yoghurts, cereals, crossaint and pastries to make up for being closed!

Pleasantly surprised with the service. Also surprised with the size, cleanliness of the executive spa suite, well worth the price we paid. Only issue and not a deal breaker, needs to be more than 2 disabled carparks on reception ground level. During our stay there would have been at least 6 cars requiring disability carparks and we all had the spots taken as soon as we went out for a time.

Our stay was awesome. Beds were really comfy and the staff made us for welcome.
The dining staff were amazing and allowing us to have an early breakfast as my daughter had to fast for surgery

Rooms were spacious & clean & beds very comfortable.
Handy restaurant on site.
No noise barrier for rooms was disappointing - noisy corridors in the early hours & truck deliveries outside at 930pm were loud & disruptive. No view (sheds & skip bins)

Awesome hotel to stay at, staff are professional but still friendly and helpful, rooms and clean 10/10 and beds are very comfortable. |Very personified, you get sent a text message to your phone mid afternoon letting you know what the dinner specials are, where it’s served and the times it is served. They also have live music on Friday’s and lots of specials, free pizza if you purchase a bottle of wine, Happy Hour drinks and cocktails. |I would recommend staying here to anyone
