Absolutely fantastic catering - literally every person in my 50+ person office is always satisfied and going back for seconds.
The arancini is a particular favourite and goes in a flash! The food is so good you almost don't want to worry about dessert - but DAMN you can't pass it up. Such a wonderful assortment of fresh sweets and slices. The portions in each box is very worth the cost, presentation is beautiful and dealing with Mario and Stacey is so easy!

Today was *the day* when we noticed some areas for improvement in the hospitality at your cafe. First and foremost, a big and heartfelt congratulations on the remarkable growth—it's well-deserved, and you truly have earned every bit of it! I was disappointed not to see you in person today to pass along my congratulations, but I brought two friends with me to try Nanos Olive Tree Cafe around 12:30 PM.

The food, as always, was *amazing*, and we loved it. However, the hospitality fell short this time. A welcoming atmosphere was missing; instead, there was a sense of rudeness and even taunting. One staff member (the lady who brought our food) was quite impolite, which made the experience uncomfortable. I don't want to imply it was racially motivated, but it didn’t feel too far from that.

I left a message at the end of our meal, but I wanted to share this feedback directly, as we’ve always enjoyed coming to your cafe. I hope to see the warmth and hospitality return in future visits!

First time visiting with my youngest son for lunch. Was greeted with a friendly smile from the owner, and had the pick
of tables. Great food and service was warm, friendly and professional. A real credit to the three young ones working today, well done. However, was a little let down by having to listen to a real unhappy older female staff member whinge. Was great to hear Mario say to her you need to wait our customers come first which is so refreshing. During the visit got to know Mario a bit more chatted through out. We were deciding on dessert and Mario listened to what we both wanted and a few lovely compliments thrown in lol. We ended up grabbing a dessert box on our way out as we were both full. Desserts were delicious, we got what we both wanted and more. Great afternoon. Great service. Great atmosphere. Great food. Great price. Very cosy, and relaxed. It really lifted my spirits as I was having a rough day health wise and suffereing with a severe migraine. We will definitely be returning that's for sure. Highly recommended.

Mario is an absolute magician. I called him at 7.30am and he had 2 boxes of wraps and deserts catering for 10 people ready by 11.30am.
The food was absolutely delicious, the catering boxes looked amazing and all of my team couldn't believe how good it was.

Mario is a legend. Went here after Xmas and my daughter has a food allergy. Mario was so helpful and kind looking after my daughters needs not to mention food and coffee fabulous . A really nice cafe with great owner.

A massive shout out to Mario & Stacey for our gorgeous anniversary marble cake and amazing biscotti box. Both the cake and biscotti’s were delicious and impressed all our guests. Wonderful customer service, I just let Mario know what we wanted and he organised it for us hassle free and came through with the goods. Highly recommend Nonno’s Olive Tree Cafe. Thank you guys!!!

Haven’t been here for a few years. We had a coffee and late lunch and now we remember why we used to come here every week. Perfect coffee, excellent hot and cold food. Nice staff. Will be back again

Had the vegetarian breakfast today and it was fantastic. I was impressed at the portion size and the price. There was also pumpkin in a separate bowl that I couldn't fit in the pic. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it. I live too far away to go there more often but I will definitely be back when I'm in the area.
