Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.
- Few toilets available and very dirty.
- I had to wait in a queue before every single shower (stayed for 4 days) plus water was never hot.
- couldn’t use the kitchen cuz it was impossible to cook there, too many people, plus it was dirty
- laundry wasn’t that good either.

The only good thing about this place is the position, but I would recommend people to find something better.

Nomads isn’t just a place to sleep – it’s an experience. Gorgeous pool areas, green spaces with birds flying around, and the perfect spot to unwind or meet new people. But the real highlight? Stayed at Nomad’s Airlie Beach for 5 nights. Was definitely one of the nicest hostels I stayed at during my time in Aus, room was super nice especially compared to some of the other hostels I stayed at. On Airlie Main St and close to everything you need. Also Cat and Maja behind the desk were super helpful during my stay, would definitely stay here again 🙂

Extremely loud and noisy. Don’t stay here if you want to sleep and have a chill night. People don’t have any respect for others. Some drunk guys stopped in front of my tent screaming for an hour, in the middle of the night (2am), when I asked for silence they laughed and told me to chill out. Even if you are in a hostel, it doesn’t give you excuse to be rude and unpleasant. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Also the shower was disgusting, I didn’t check the other amenities, but it definitely doesn’t worth it.

Nice place to stay for travelers. The campground is perfectly located centrally and offers a great atmosphere for meeting new people. It's well-organized, and just right for backpackers looking for connections and an affordable accommodation close to the town center. You're quickly in the heart of Airlie Beach while still having a quiet place to stay.
