A very disappointing experience. We engaged with No sweat for a deep clean and they did not deliver on their service. This was not to customer satisfaction as a number of areas were missed, including basic cleaning tasks of dusting and wiping areas correctly. We were asked what areas we wanted them to focus on and it was very obvious they did not do this. They provided a list of tasks they said they would complete and did not deliver.

There was no quality assurance as promised as part of their terms of service. I would not recommend this company. Hugely disappointing as we were recommended them and trusted them by paying up front.

Their approach to customer service needs to be reviewed. We have left several messages to discuss and they have not had the courtesy to phone back and have emailed to say the matter is closed.
