The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I stayed in a hotel a month ago and they have taken money on the night and 2 times after my stay mistakenly. When I tried to fix the issue with them they didn't care and hang the phone on me. They tried to pass me through to the hotel when clearly on my statement shows that they have taken the money out.

Nitel took $500 bond on 17th November 2022. Today is 13th December 2022 and still not returned. I called hotel and they confirmed there’s no reason for nitel to continue holding on to my bond. I called nitel and emailed with zero response. If i don’t get my bond returned in 24hrs i will lodge a claim at QCAT and sue for my time and any associated costs to recover my money.
