The equipment is good, the prices, discounts and run-out sales are good. Where this company falls down for me, is in their interstate logistics because they don't seem to have tried to get competitive quotes from mainstream couriers, the result being that their heavy items cost so much to ship, all the savings are consumed in freight charges and as a result I end up ordering locally. To date that has cost them over $5k in orders from me alone. Hope you take this as an opportunity for improvement rather than a bad review.

If you run into an issue, don’t expect them to care. You're better off choosing someone else these days—Gemini, Cedar, or even Amazon would be a better option. You made your profit from me this time, but I won’t be making that mistake again.

Ordered a Vogue Tri wall set in July 2024, we knew there was a delay of 7 weeks as per the website. Life got ahead of me, fast track to December, I chase up again, the items are now available less a missing lid which will have to wait till 2025! No communication at all advising of further delays, we had to initiate everything. Very poor form. Never purchasing via Nisbets ever again.

Have used nisbets for over 6 years. Placed a wrong order. Called up spoke to Brad and he advised returning box to south Melbourne. Customer service there outstanding. Refund within 4 days. Deliveries are always prompt. I will continue to use nisbets. Very impressed with customer service when I needed it. Merry Xmas to you all and keep up great work.
