My wife and I, along with three other couples had breakfast at Nikki’s on Monday morning after an overnight stay in Bathurst. Everyone was more than satisfied. My croissant special was so filling I didn’t eat lunch and the large coffee is enormous (My wife’s cup is shown.). The scrambled eggs and mushrooms ordered by others was also delicious. Very friendly service and we’ll make it a point to return when next in town.

Nikki's is friendly, cool and does coffee like you ordered. It's maybe an odd thing to say "like you ordered". If you've ever ordered a flat white any where else and end up with a face full of foam—and lukewarm foam at that—then you know what I mean. Y'know the vibe - as soon as you grab the take-away / traveller / sippy cup, its warm and not hefty. Not at Nikki's. Their flat whites have heat and heft. And mine took only as long to make as it did to take a few pictures for this review. I think the barista was Sam or Ray, my apologies for not asking nor being suitably thankful even though in my heart I was (I can get shy sometimes when I wanna be effusive).

We had breakfast, the home made scones were really good, the hot chocolate and tea (real tea leaves) were very good as well.
Very nice people, the owner took time to have a chat with us. We enjoyed our short time at Nikki's café.
We recommand.

There are so many places to grab a bite to eat in Bathurst but I was lucky enough to discover Nikki's Cafe. The family had breakfast there. As I think about it now I am actually salivating. What's so hard about cooking a breakfast. Well preparation and cooking it which my experience has been sadly lacking. Showing the bacon the hot plate doesn't equate to cooking. Anyway the breakfast I got, the bacon was cooked, the sausage real beef yum. The egg was scrambled to perfection and had taste. A hash brown and cooked tomato. Check this out mushrooms in the most exquisite sauce. Check out the tea pot in the pic. I got two whole cups out of it. If your a tea drinker and you go out never do I get two cups. Fantastic. Coffee also seems to be a specially my family were please. Check out the large coffee. There were a lot of people there so obviously popular. Take away was popular as well. Pity I don't live in Bathurst but I travel there regularly. Guess where I am going next time you guessed it. Thanks Pino

Outstanding coffee [seriously] and first class service. Enjoyed freshly baked scones and a very well constructed coffee made from the tastiest beans. Lots of places make their coffee well but have poor beans. Others use good beans but fail on the brewing. This cafe wins with both and the friendly staff top it off.

Caters for most people with a food allergy, vegan, vegetarian etc. Food is great. Family friendly and welcoming atmosphere and the owner and staff are fantastic and take care of their customers . Great food, cooked fresh, may take a little longer than the fast food outlets, but that's because it is not prepared frozen fast food. It if freshly prepared and cooked to suit your individual tastes and needs. The great friendly customer service and excellent quality of the food keeps us coming back!!!

Nikki’s Cafe on William is our favourite place to go for coffees, sandwiches, lunches, cakes and the friendly staff make each visit a pleasure. Unfortunately this morning we were privy to a quite nasty Tasmanian couple complaining that the “pancake stack” x3 presentation left a lot to be desired! 🙄. How many ways are there to present a pancake “stack” after all? It was very clear on the menu. The owner offered to take the meal away, to which they declined. They were very critical and rude and hopefully they’re now going on a one way ticket back to Tasmania. From two VERY SATISFIED customers.

$20 for 3 small flat pancakes dumped on a plate with a huge crack in it. $3.50 each if I wanted to add bacon or ice cream. Presentation was appalling - non existent. Lady on counter not friendly - felt like we were intruding on her karaoke session. Not recommended at all.
