We had a family wedding and was very impressed with our room.
However, we had a recovery breakfast with around 40 guests from the wedding and almost every single meal had to be returned. Other tables and guests also sent many plates back to the kitchen. I felt so sorry for the staff who knew they would just be refunding people all morning. We decided not to order breakfast and go elsewhere. I would honestly have thought it was being filmed as a prank if I was none the wiser. It was embarrassingly ridiculous. But no acknowledgement from management at all.

Room is spacious, and has all facility we need. Should allow complimentary late checkout of 1 hrHowever, the pool needs some maintenance to be used.

If u plan to stay in this hotel please read carefully for the kids stay we have been pay for the extra charge for4 kids stay without any notice just simply charge to our credit card until we get notice from bank. Spoilt my whole trip with this unhappy experience with trip.com. my first time book with trip.com and get this kind of experiences.

I stay in many properties around the world and never encountered a property manager as NON hospitable as the one at Nightcap (Angela) - it was in her power to make it right by the customer after I lost all my booking money due to a tech mistake/ lack of reception and she refused to do it right quoting a policy. The place may be great, but the understanding of what hospitality is lacks severely.

Nice Christmas lunch, nice motel room. Unfortunately I left something important in the room. Rang the motel , spoke to the very nice lady who checked us out .No problem she said , we will have it for you . How long will you be ? An hour plus later I arrived. Different woman, different attitude . Her demeanor was that I was annoying her by asking for my item. Not here she said sharply . When I said nervously that I had rang earlier, she sharply answered I only just arrived. Then as I again tried to get assistance she answered the phone and completely ignored me. I asked again, she disappeared and the original lady appeared and sharply told me I could get my item from the cart of the cleaning staff. Which I did . I'm given to wonder what was said between them to make the original nice lady then to be sharp with me . This experience ruined a nice stay .

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this accommodation and we’ve really enjoyed both times. Location is great for our requirements and the rooms are really spacious and well equipped, the beds and pillows are really comfy and the staff are friendly and helpful. The check in and out process was very easy and efficient. We stayed for 3 nights this time and we ate at The Collective twice and had coffees 2 of the mornings which was all delicious. The staff were really friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be staying here each time we visit our family as it’s perfectly located and has everything we need onsite. Highly recommend!
