This place is good value for money. My room was better than I expected based on the pictures...very comfortable, and everything you need in a hotel room.
The water and milk in the fridge was a nice touch.
I was also impressed with the housekeeping team, each evening I returned to a clean room and made bed.

I stayed recently for 5 nights
After checking in and finding a trail of ants through the room, I made the manager aware and she was very quick to change my room for me, my experience with the staff has been fantastic, they always make sure you are happy and well looked after. Location is brilliant, close to everything I needed during my stay. Lots of local tourist attractions within a short driving distance. Fantastic pub next door which gives you a discount if you're staying at the hotel. Rooms are cleaned and well presented and are fitted with smart TVs. The carpark is also secure which gives complete peace of mind. I will definitely be back!

We stayed for 5 nights in a queen studio with sofa. The rooms here were renovated about 12 months ago. Very comfortable bed/ pillows, huge rainfall shower head and great water pressure, good AC, clean, spacious and suited us for our stay. Walking distance to Ferntree Gully Hotel, local supermarkets and railway stations. Easy walking along the Ferny Creek Trail or the Belgrave Rail Trail to picnic grounds and walking / hiking trails at the foot of the Dandenong Range.. Very reasonably priced when booked direct.

My family and I stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it was fantastic. Very modern, full kitchen and plenty of space in the lounge and dinning space. 2 well appointed bathrooms and very quiet, did not hear any traffic from the near by road. Very modern and went beyond our expectations, with TV's in every room. Great place to stay when visiting our family in Upper Ferntree Gully. Would stay again.

Booked here as the heart of Mt dandenong was booked out during the long weekend but the distance is really close to the ranges so wasnt fussed. It's also secure as it's gated and cannot enter the area without a pass to scan. Rooms are renovated and nice. Beds are comfortable and linen used is nice. Initially, the star rating was turning me off from booking but now that I have stayed there - unsure why. All in all it is nice and comfortable. Oh and the front desk lady was lovely too. 🙂

Receptionist was nice & helpful on arrival. Our room was nice & clean. Great location & price. We had a beautiful buffet tea at the Ferntree Gully Hotel next door.
Would definitely stay again.

Great location , staff friendly and helpful , the room was very clean and quieter than expected.
My only issues were the bed on casters that wouldn’t stay still , I couldn’t get onto the wifi and the QR code for food took me to a link that said its not working

The only down side of the room was the bed was so soft, like a big marshmallow with no support, I could not sleep well on either of the 2 nights I stayed, and ended up sore in my lower back, it was hard to roll over on the bed as I just seemed to sink into wherever I tried to move 🙁 , in the end I left a little after 6am on the last morning instead of close to 10am check out , and had a sleep when I got home.
The room was nice , heater works well , the en suite was clean and worked well and the hot water was almost instant from the taps .
