Thank you so much for hosting my sons 10th birthday today! The boys had so much fun. The party was so well organized and the hosts and staff were all so lovely. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back 😊😊

Kids had a blast.
Interior looked a little old, party room was more like a conference room, but who cares, great for kids, lots of fun. Staff were friendly, helpful, and considerate. (Thanks for the extra party bag for the little girl)

Rude customer service! made a booking, arrived 10 minutes early as requested and no staff were there to let us in and assist us getting ready for our session. Rang up & she said oh well too bad didn’t see the booking! for school holidays its not really good enough wanting a fun experience while family was in Town for a few days. Don’t recommend! Wasted our time

Had my son’s birthday here on the weekend. To arrive with the doors locked and no staff on hand. Then to call the owner and her response was like it happens all the time blaming the owner of the indoor sports… sounded like no communication.
Once in we were taken to an empty room with tables (freezing cold) to have just been left there, even though I paid for fully catered… then after 20 minutes of them so called setting up the boys went out and had a few matches the guns were faulting a lot so there was a lot of pausing..
Then one guy goes off to Safeway and buys the frozen food leaving the whole facility dark and empty (not party welcoming) to come back then cook the party pies and make the fairy bread…
The kids had eventually enjoyed themselves but as I tried to cover up the unprofessional behaviour behind the scenes and sorry, but unfortunately I will not recommend to use this facility. I paid over $500+ for something that I had worked harder than the team member that kept vanishing especially the gentleman that was with the kids on the field…. The kids were confused couldn’t tell who was winning it was just poorly run. Most facilities for parties the host is running the show for the kids not that parents….

Not to mention the phone calls and voicemails to change my review too…

The response from the owner has guilty written all over it 😊

Rescheduled covid kids birthday party. The team made booking and rebooking easy and stress free. They are really easy going, well set up, informative, organised and helpful. Our party crew challenged another party crew, which worked really well and added a fun element.

We had our son’s 10th birthday party here and everyone had a ball. We didn’t have to do a thing other than turn up and have fun! The staff were great. Highly recommend and plan on having a team party here soon!
