I bought a ring form here today for my boyfriend and it broke within the first 3hrs, I can’t remember what the brand was but I definitely don’t recommend buying jewellery from there. I would love to know what terrible brand it was.

This morning I was at the counter waiting to be served. The two ladies on working at 7am just continued to talk behind the counter. Neither of them acknowledged me or spoke to me. One of them scanned my items and then just pointed at the eftpos machine. At this point they still were talking to each other m. After the payment went through the first word that was said was “would you like your receipt”. This was extremely poor customer service to not even be acknowledged is just extremely bad. And from older women too I’d expect better!
