What a world of difference it makes for someone like myself that can get easily overwhelmed when in a new learning environment to have a driving instructor like Mitch who is so cool, calm and collected to walk you through what can be a daunting experience. His calm approach throughout the training day allowed me to relax and take everything onboard with ease and gave me the confidence to complete the practical components of driving Heavy Rigid vehicle safely. His patience allowed me to ask a million questions so that I was fully confident before the test environment went live. I never felt rushed.

Booked in with Mitch over the phone after a recommendation off a mate. From the initial conversation on the phone to passing my HR test Mitch was nothing but a legend. Answering questions while booking in and giving feedback as we went through the course on the day. Absolute patience and determination to get me a pass from the second we jumped in the truck.

Clear instruction the entire time while allowing me to get used to the truck was key to this experience. He gave me very clear instruction but also just let me settle in to it.

Moving in to the testing portion of the day was so relaxing and stress free because of this which lead then to a pass and now me having a HR license.

Just did my licence upgrade to HR with Mitch and it was an excellent experience. Even after working with trucks for years there was still plenty to learn from the training. I felt at ease and like I had been given the tools to succeed should I use them correctly. Definitely a driver trainer I would recommend!

Did my HR licence training and test with Mitch today. Mitch was awesome and made me feel super comfortable throughout the whole experience. It is clear he is very knowledgeable about driving all types of trucks and also has a lot of knowledge about the mechanical side of trucks aswell.
