Booked 2 nights (Sunday & Monday) in a King Room for $226/night & this includes breakfast.|Good check in & we were allocated Room 5.|The complex is single storey with car parking at the entrance to the room.|First impressions about the room weren't great. It is quite small & dark. I got the window open, lifted the blind & opened the access door. There is 1 easy chair & 1 luggage stand & a bench with 2 upright chairs. From there things got better.||Air con is provided as are electric blankets. We didn't need them, but nice to have though. Wifi is very fast & can be relied upon.|The alcove has a bar fridge, microwave toaster kettle crockery cutlery. Washing up detergent is provided but there is no sink, just a hand basin in the ensuite. The bar fridge has a selection of drinks, incl bottled water, all having a price tag.||The king size bed is comfortable & the room was quiet even though it backs onto an outside seating area for the restaurant.||The ensuite is small with an openable window, walk in shower, squeazy toilettries on the wall.||The room is serviced daily with new towels, bed made, rubbish taken out. Thank you, much appreciated.||Our package included breakfast each morning. Its served in the restsurant from 7-9 am. We really enjoyed that & thought it very good value & well prepared. It included orange juice, yogurt & fresh fruit, eggs done the way you choose with bacon or smoked salmon & coffee or tea. Very generous portions too.||Overall our 2 nights accommodation & breakfast represented good value in a quiet comfortable room with a great breakfast. The room was just a bit small.|If you stay here I recommend you get the bed & breakfast package, particularly if you enjoy an excellent, generous breakfast.

What a great place. We stayed here overnight with 2 adults, 3 kids and our dog. Beautiful cosy apartment with two rooms. Two air cons and electric blankets on all beds.
Got room service from the highlands restaurant attached and it was delicious. Best steak I've had in years and cooked to perfection.
Great location 2 minutes walk to town and secure and quiet. Will be back many times.

Just stayed for 2 nights and was blown away by this gem of a hotel! From the incredibly friendly & helpful staff, to the room size & amenities it was a perfect stay. I don’t quite know what magic they’ve worked with their beds - but I’ve never known a hotel bed to be that comfy! 10/10 will definitely stay again.

First time I've ever stayed at a motel.
Check-in was excellent with super friendly staff. We stayed as a couple for 4 days.
The room was exceptionally clean with high-quality tea and coffee provided.
The shower was powerful and the shampoo and shower gel provided.
The bed was the softest, most comfortable thing I've experienced, along with an electric blanket it was conducive to a great and comfortable sleep.
Eat at the restaurant, we'd filled the car with coeliac food and expected to have to rough it for a few days.
The restaurant provided excellent food, which was coeliac friendly, we ate breakfast and dinner there each night.
Well done to the chefs.

Motel rooms were well equipped with modern amenities and finishes and all in working order, location is great, most comfortable motel bed I’ve ever slept on by far, staff were friendly and helpful and room service meal was excellent! Rump steak was cooked perfectly, steamed vegetables were fresh and chips were also good then the sticky sweet bread was the perfect ending to a great meal! 5 stars ? I’d be happy to stay again next time I’m in town!

We stayed for 1 night whilst travelling through Glenn Innes, very friendly staff. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, perfectly located with an easy walk to most of the town. The only concern I had was the bed was a bit too soft for my liking.

Great sized room with queen bed which fit the hired portacot and our dog bed in it comfortably! Amazing staff, service, facilities and wonderful to find a pet friendly motel that allowed our staffy to stay inside as it is freeeezing! Our stay at the New England Motor Lodge was amazing! We chose to stay here for one night on our way through on our family road trip and everything was remarkable. The room was clean, organised and inviting. The air con and electric blankets topped the stay off during the cold night that we had! The room service was AMAZING! Definitely recommend the lasagne, one of the best I’ve ever had!!! Would stay here again and again if I ever needed!! An overall amazing experience and thank the New England Motor Lodge for such a wonderful stay!
