Worst bus company! Michael was our bus driver and stopped in the middle of the highway to walk around and see what we’re doing. He refused to listen to our teachers multiple times and the slowest driver I’ve ever encountered. He didn’t stop at a stop sign in Guyra. I got scared it was dangerous. He also forced everyone including teachers to put bags under the bus where we couldn’t access at anytime. Michael is a dangerous driver and an ignorant person. Bus was dirty and dust everywhere. Kept making big detours for no reason and took as long as he possibly could of. Half ⭐️ for Michael
100% would NOT recommend. Overpriced and I don’t feel safe being a passenger on his bus.

I use this company frequently to travel from Tamworth to Coffs Harbour and back and have found them to be excellent. The buses always leave on time, the drivers are polite, the staff on the phone are friendly and efficient. Once when someone took my bag by mistake, the driver tracked it down and returned it to me - brilliant! I have recommended them to other people.

DO NOT USE THIS BUS SERVICE. My partner booked a Brisbane to Armidale trip several weeks in advance. He rang ahead to confirm he was booked in for the bus trip. He turned up for his bus half an hour early and was informed that his bus time had been changed (with no notice) to an hour earlier and he had missed the bus. The company claims that they emailed all passengers to let them know, but we never received any email at all and there were at least 10 other people at the bus stop who were in the same situation (some were in tears over it). There was no alternative bus for another 48 hours. This service is absolutely disgraceful and highly disappointing.
