A very clean and modern facility within easy reach of supermarkets and shops. The room itself was spacious, well equipped and clean. The bed was massive and a little dining table was great to have. The bathroom was lovely with an extra large shower. This was such a pleasant surprise.

We visited from the 7/02/2025 to the 10/02/2025. Perfect place to stay, rooms were very clean and made up everyday without us having to ask. New towels etc. We had a late flight and after hours check in was so easy. Owners very friendly and respectful. We had a great chat with one of them before using the pool. So nice to have a friendly chat and get to know more about them and the place we were staying. No complaints from us at all and if we come back to stay, we’ll be sure to book again. Minibar was also much appreciated. Quite a few gluten free snacks in there and having coeliac children, it’s not easy to just “pop out” and get a quick snack. Thanks New Crossings Place 10/10.

Nicely renovated rooms and a quiet location only minutes to the Seymour Club and other pubs for good dining choices.|Definitely stay here again next time. It has good off street parking and a nice pool. Very glad we stayed here.|…."……"………………

Loved the shower and large comfortable bed. I'm not a fan of mini bars. As someone who has travelled with work. I have seen so many things in mini bars removed while we put in our own then returned a week or longer later warm and melted.

Upon reviewing other peoples reviews looking for accommodation in Seymour I wanted something comfortable and not super expensive and not something cheap either. I decided upon New Crossing Place Motel, not knowing Seymour at all I wasn't sure about locations to shops, cafes etc.||I didn't want something to far away from Puckapunyal Military Base either, after all we were going to be there for nearly a week.||When we arrived and opened the door to the room I was pleasantly surprised to how lovely the room looked. The bed was really comfy, air conditioner worked well. We chose to have breakfast delivered to our room each morning. Extra cost for this but was defiantly well worth it.||A nice pot of tea with tea leaf's and not a tea bag was something I looked forward to each morning. The big breakfast my 17yo had each morning and he said it was delicious sausages, eggs, bacon etc. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The linen towels etc were great fluffy, newly purchased.||They are doing Maintenace on a building opposite the rooms, but they did inform me of this prior to staying, and also apologised upon our arrival for the inconvenience of any distributions but it wasn't an issue at all. They started working just after 8am and were usually finished by early afternoon.||I would recommend this accommodation for anyone, any kind of travellers, solo family, couples. Didnt go in the pool but it did look lovely and inviting.

The rooms are very clean and tidy. The mattress is the MOST COMFORTABLY I have ever slept on. The pool and BBQ area are amazing with a lemon tree to pick from. The staff are genuinely friendly people. Well done to the owners in a terrific business.

The motel is is on the old highway and surrounded by commerical businesses. That said it made it pretty quite. The motel has been well renovated in the last year or so and it looks good. ||The rooms are large and bathrooms lovely. The king size bed was comfortable, although the pillows were on the hard side. We had the delivered breakfast which was well priced for the basics. The owner/manager was friendly and helpful.
