I've been booking flights and hotels with them (Amy, Gary, Steven) over 13 years (since 2008)
They are super efficient and cheaper than anything on Skyscanner. They are especially good on connecting flights - I booked with them with transits to Japan HK a few countries in Europe and back to Sydney it was just amazing
