Incompetent and unprofessional staff. A trainee staff member forgot to check my mum's and grandma's passport validity before issuing tickets. In my mother's previous experience booking with netfare, the agent usually checks prior to issuing tickets. So the onus and due diligence is on them. No offer to rectify the issue. Some male staff laughed in her face and also lied to me over the phone because he was too lazy to follow up with Garuda. He told me the Garuda hotline was closed and nothing he could do. I called them after our conversation and they were open. They were appalled at how my family was treated.
