The doctor I spoke with was good, and it was bulk billed which was good. Their systems, communication and support staff are pretty bad. For my first appt, it took 3 phone calls for the admin person to get my email address correct. A second appt never went ahead, despite getting a booking confirmation.

Apparently they needed more info on bulk billing eligibility in a poorly worded email that didn't say that the appt wouldn't go ahead without filling out this form. So two hours later they call and say the doctor has gone home for the day. They told me they didn't receive pathology results from a fortnight ago, then I ring the pathology clinic and they say they sent it to national telemedicine promptly. Absolutely hopeless!

Website very misleading. “Bulk billing” “urgent” etc in giant text on the home page, but it’s all very specifically contextual. Someone should probably amend this so patients aren’t being mislead.

I called to inquire about Covid19 Vaccination Exemption and asked how bulk billing from Medicare works for a 10min consult. The lady who I spoke to named Cherriss was knowledgeable and exceptional. She is a great asset to this platform. Very detailed and helpful. Kudos Cherries! Cant wait to book my appointment with this team soon!

The worst online service experience I hands down ever had. Quick to take money for the appointment, then I did not receive any calls, notifications or emails with my certificate. I rebooked an appointment four times - nothing. For five days tried to get through to someone via their phone number to only ever end up with an automatic answering machine that cuts one off, when finally reaching office staff they'd hang up. Email responses led to nothing, just "oh yes sorry for the inconvenience" type answers and no resolutions, for almost a week, where it should have been a two minute phone appointment with a doctor for them to sign a template. A week later and literally a day before flying out for overseas work travel for which I need said certificate for and literally hours of messing around without any service delivery from these guys still. If you can, choose someone you can trust will deliver what you have paid for. This has been an absolutely stressful scam-like and unprofessional experience I'd stay well clear of.

Extremely helpful therefore I am extremely grateful! Great service, great option. Highly recommended. Our family has accessed this service this year and the service has been 100%. We have spoken to lovely Doctors who have listened to our queries. I wouldn’t know what 2022 would have been like without this wonderful service!

I have always had great experience with the doctors at telemedicine, they always call promptly are easy to understand. Damien Ford is amazing and has been so compassionate and understand of my issues as well as my sons. Highly recommend.

The Doctor I attend is awesome, but the online booking process is a nightmare. Takes AGES to book - it doesn't appear that details are saved and you have to provide the information every time you book - and then when you get to the last stage it asks for login details. I have had doctors ring at strange times when I've received text messages confirming bookings with my doctor. If the doctor wasn't so good, i wouldn't bother.
