We had our wedding here back in September and it was honestly incredible. The staff did an amazing job coordinating everything and the venue is so beautiful. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a venue. They were decent price and all our guests loved the food!

The happiest day & night of our lives took place on November 24, 2023 at the beautiful Nathania Springs.

Nathania Springs is the perfect wedding venue, tranquil, lush greenery, nature abounds with ferns and the ballroom was spectacular. Just the right size with a gorgeous chandelier above and beautiful interior. Fairy lights at night time shine through, and in the day time you can choose between the stunning in house chapel or the picturesque gazebo to say your vows.

The scenery will take your breath away, we got the most incredible group photo with all our guests and the most spectacular backdrop of huge trees and ferns. Even if it rains, the forest and mount Dandenong’s suit the fairytale vibes so magically!

But what really blew me away the most, was the staff! I’ve never dealt with such incredible service before, and for a day as important as your wedding day, I couldn’t have prayed for better. From the moment we said “I do” to our dream venue, Matt was in constant communication - always responding to my emails promptly and every time we spoke on the phone - he made me feel so calm. The generosity of this family run business is next to none, if you want to feel assured that you’ll be looked after on your big day and have nothing to worry about, you simply must book here!

They have an in house Photo Booth as well as a super experienced and bubbly wedding coordinator named Julia who made sure everything went smoothly on the day and lead up- and that everyone was happy and looked after, particularly bride and groom. Ilija the chef was outstanding and oh so kind, we were given such incredible service from the moment we had our first viewing right through to when we picked up our things a few days later, not to mention the food was some of the best we’ve ever tasted!

All of our guests loved the food, the venue, the dance floor, the chapel and gazebo.. I’ve been told by everyone who attended our 120 plus wedding that it was the best they’ve ever been to. And I owe it all to the team at Nathania Springs. I will never ever forget their helpfulness, sincerity and exceptional customer service and I recommend them to everyone. I had such a great connection to the staff that I’ve made lifelong friends, we will always stay in touch and I’ll be forever grateful for EVERYTHING they did to ensure our day was flawless. We recently had our wedding here and can honestly say it was the best day! The Nathania Springs team were incredibly accomodating in every situation and really wanted to ensure everything was exactly how we needed or wanted it. Their packages are really inclusive and reasonable and the location and venue is just gorgeous! If you are looking for an outdoor wedding with a good indoor option in a stunning location, look no further!

Nathania Springs were an amazing venue!

- Easy to work with doing the planning, quick correspondence. I did most of the planning over email.
- Great value for money.
- I didn't end up eating much on the day, but I heard the food was good. It did look good.
- Adaptable to different weird requests.
- Beautiful indoor option, we were planning on getting married outside but it was raining, in the end we were happy to get married inside because it was so beautiful anyway!
- The bridal room was really good to have a home base throughout the day, including a separate bathroom.
- The reception room was also beautiful with a big dance floor.
- They set up everything for us according to my instructions.
- Offered me a drink as soon as I arrived, which was much needed.

The venue itself is lovely especially in autumn. However, the staff needs more training and they were not as professional. They were unable to coordinate the logistic of our wedding day smoothly. We had lots of issues during the day including a two brief power failure. I would also recommend you get your own MC instead of using the one provided by the venue.

Good reception centre, food ok , but no lighting in the car park. Pitch dark after the reception. Had to use our phones for lighting. Hard for older folk . After the wedding last week, one of the older ladies in her eighties had a fall in the dark . Steep sloping walkway into the reception entrance! Hope car park lighting is improved!

Nathania Springs was fantastic from start to finish! The moment we walked in the door for our inspection Matt made us feel so welcome and we just knew this was going to be our venue!
They were so responsive to all of our questions via email and phone, they made the planning process so easy and the staff were all fantastic.
The venue is so beautiful, especially in autumn with the autumn leaves everywhere, and the way the ballroom is decorated is just gorgeous. We had the best time at our wedding and we had so many compliments about the venue and the food (the portions were very big, beautifully presented and delicious!).
