As always your bookings were spot on, all flights went without a problem, Singapore Airlines were excellent, Italia and EasyJet were very efficient. We had an amazing time in Krackow, the hotel was first class, the pick ups and the tours you arranged to the Salt Mines, Jewish Quarters and Auschwitz were a must. Our tour guides were all so knowledgeable and respectful of their surroundings. Cannot recommend Poland enough as a place to visit, people are friendly, it’s safe, very law abiding and the food is excellent. Will be in contact soon regards our next trip and your recommendations.

The inclusions such as the helicopter ride into the grand canyon was my highlight and thank you Natasha for this had a hiccup with accommodation in Hawaii and jumped straight onto Natasha and we were upgraded to a better room.
