Very helpful staff who care to listen and recommend local attractions to visitors needs.
Location is great, just beside Lake Negambie and right in the heart of town and ease of accessibility.
Views are excellent and worth spending a few minutes enjoying the view of the lake from inside.

Came to the visitor centre on two occasions yesterday (Sunday) and despite the door stating they would be open they were closed. Came again today and there was a limited range of souvenirs and no stickers at all which is very weird considering that's one of the cheapest souvenir to stock and very popular. Helpful staff directed us to look further down the road so we tried 3 different stops none of which had any and all who suggested to go to the info centre for one. Very puzzling as to why they weren't open and didn't have a staple souvenir.

This VIC is open seven days a week, staffed by local volunteers who are knowledgeable, friendly, and ready to help. It is also staffed by Strathbogie Shire Council Customer Service officers.
As a visitor to the region it should be your first port of call!
This brand new facility has step-free access, disabled parking with low curb, and accessible toilet facilities with baby change.
