Worst IT company I have dealt with in 15 years. Our priority was to have our PC's protected from any potential risks. Months later, there are still multiple PC's without any type of antivirus or other protection of any kind.

Expect to wait 10 days plus for a response to any email you send them. They seem more interested in billable hours vs actually helping you. In fact, they will even bill you and hold you ransom if you try and leave to another provider with better service level.

Again, I've been dealing with IT companies for over 15 years and this is by far the worst I have dealt with. Lots of marketing fluff to get you signed up then they go missing when you need anything, but happy to bill you for everything.

The new IT provider was able to fix the “significant gaps” that you underestimated. Turns out all you guys had to do was actually install security software on each computer that I had requested on several occasions you do. The new provider was able to do this along with a heap of other upgrades within a couple of hours..

Just to confirm, I had zero voicemails or emails letting me know the process had been paused because you were waiting on me.

The simple fact is, your company completely forgot to implement anything you were asked to do. If you were waiting on me for something, you should have kept trying to make contact (or at all).
