This store uses deceptive practices to increase the price of sale items. In my case they added over 11% to the ticketed price. I purchased 3 items with clearly marked clearance prices and 1 item that was in stock take sale at 40% off. All items were charged at full price and at the end of the transaction document a discounted was applied to the total (discount was not itemized) the discounted price was more then 11% over the ticketed price and if you are too lazy to add up the totals yourself the store makes a bigger profit by deceptive trading. I am waiting for management to contact me regarding why their computer program has glitches that add overcharges to the bill.

I was in the shellharbour store recently to return some perfume
The sales assistant Andrea could not have been more helpful and went over and above to help me out
The Manager Kirsten was also helpful and I left the store feeling like she was happy to go out of her way to help me

Whilst small and limited by metro standards, this Myer (the only remaining store on the Illawarra after the closure of the Wollongong store) has the right mix of merchandise for the community. Combined with great service, it’s a lovely little store.

Myer isn't the same any more.
Store was clean and tidy however staff were too busy doing their own thing to help paying customers.

Went in today to have a look at the sunglasses at the sunglasses hut stand in store and had a lovely experience. I didn’t get his name but the young man who served me and my partner today was absolutely lovely, he was incredibly helpful and patient. Sadly I didn’t get his name but he was wonderful!!
