MyCar Shellharbour completed pink slip servicing for me in 2024 and 2025. Each time, the service and repair work took less than 3 hours.

The first time I got our car serviced after buying it second-hand, the MyCar team noticed that the front break pads were completely worn down, affecting the rotors and breaking power of the car. The MyCar team agreed to match the most competitively priced quote I received for the repair work from mechanics in the area.

Most recently, the MyCar team informed me that our spark plug was due for replacement, as our car has clocked up almost 100,000km. The team isn’t pushy with regards to maintenance work. They tell you what the car manufacturer recommends, answer questions matter-of-factly, and allow you to make a decision without creating a false sense of urgency, and without painting a problem as bigger than it actually is.

I have a lot of respect for the MyCar Shellharbour team for the decent way in which they conduct their business.
