The travel facility of my Australia PR expired in 2019 and I thought that after this, I won't be able to go back. I tried searching online, found out about RRV which I'm keen to apply and researched who is the best immigration agent who can help me get it. My Access Australia came with the highest rating so I didn't hesitate to reach out to Peng in April 2024. At that time, my only personal ties in Australia is my partner and Peng is honest enough to tell me that it may not be good enough reason as we've only been together for 5 months and I've only been in Australia for 9 days in total since I got my PR. Our Aus PR status had expired several decades ago!
Recently, we wanted to return to Aus as PRs again.
From Google, I discovered that the Aus PR never expires!
It's the travel facility (RRV) that expires, but there are
possibilities to regain the Aus PR (RRV).
I contacted several Aus Immi. lawyers and found that
Mr. Peng Cheng was the most promising - he was prompt
to reply to initial enquiries (not too many questions please!),
and he did not ask for immediate payments before answering!
I agreed to his reasonable service contract price, and Mr. Cheng
worked out an excellent strategy on approaching the RRV applications.
Result: we were granted our RRV quite quickly.
Conclusion: Mr. Cheng is a very good Aus Immigration lawyer,
very experienced, and highly recommended.

Peng is one of the best migration lawyer with exception service and reasonable fees. I initially contacted a big migration lawyer who charged me initial consultation fee and told me my case was complicated and will incur a fee around $3k to $4k for applying Resident Return Visa as I was rejected in past for RRV when applying on my own. But when I contacted Peng after reviewing all the reviews he had, he told me my scenario was easy one and I got my RRV within 1-2 months. I paid fraction of the price other lawyer was quoting.
