I have seen Michael Virley auction homes on several occasions previously and have been very impressed by his dialogue, skill and humour, which always seems to put buyers in a more relaxed and competitive frame of mind, which has resulted in some great sales. When my wife and I wanted to sell our home in Gymea Bay, we engaged PRD Oatley to sell the house, because we knew they do a great job and use Michael Virley from MVP Auctions. Needless to say, Michael handled our auction and he was amazing and got all the interested buyers engaged and competing for our home, which resulted in us achieving a great result.
If you are thinking of selling by auction, don't entrust your most valuable asset with anyone else.

If you want an auctioneer who cares, adds value and can make a difference to your success then Michael is the man. His auction day skills are top drawer and his strategy, implementation and knowledge gives our vendors the up most confidence in the process. We had the privilege of having Michael Virley conduct one of our property auctions the other week. He came to the property prior to the auction to actually see what he was selling, he researched the area prior to the auction. On auction day he was well spoken and got the job done.
