Very bad experience with Murrays. My flight arrived Sydney 1 hour late due to the flight traffic control. We were running to get through everything within 30min. We got the gate Murrays bus’s gate at Sydney International Airport around 5min late then the scheduled time. The shuttle bus was there but the staff refused to let us get on the bus even though I explained the reason being late. After that, we called the customer service and been told we have to buy the most recent available tickets and the fully flexible tickets we bought originally were expired. This level of service is not acceptable, it makes no sense to me. How am I able to predict the flight would be late and reschedule it when I was about to take off or flying?

I usually get Murray’s to Sydney and it’s always been a good reliable service. I book two seats for myself which generally allows me to fit up the front. The last time I got Murray’s I was dropped off at international airport. Inadvertently I left my money belt with passport on the bus! I called them and got a human and they were able to locate the money belt and return it to me on their next bus to the airport. Thanks so much to Murray’s!
