Arrived at park only to be greeted by the narrowest road to enter the park then only to be told (through a window )by the rudest front desk woman I have ever encountered that there were no sites available I said “none at all” & all I got was a very blunt and rude NO. We then had to navigate a turn with a 22ft van on so we could turn around & get as far away from this park as possible. We are now settled into the Big 4 park in town and feeling very welcomed ……

The couple who manage this park should be ashamed of themselves. My father in law owned a unit here and passed away suddenly. They would not let us in for nearly 12 months to clean out his unit and when they did we found the manager Peter had gone into my father in laws property and stolen items. He admitted to it and now won’t return them. Absolutely disgusting managers doing such a thing to a grieving family.

Murray Riverside is about loyalty to the community, The park Management are doing a great job at protecting the residents homes and property from the dangerous flood waters currently through their thankless best efforts night and day to save the park. Their character and professionalism is to be commended during this time.

If you could do No Stars or even less I would. Peter who runs the place, is arrogant, very aggressive and a downright bully.. Stay away at all costs. The owners of the park do not care about the permanent residents that have lived therefor years . Disgusting.

Rang to ask for a powered site for 2A, 2C & 2Infants. Told they did not have a site big enough. Asked why it should make a difference considering it’s a powered site (thought the size should matter on the caravan size?). Was told very rudely by the man that I was telling him how to run his park. He was incredibly rude. Would no way stay here, EVER!

Lovely place. Enjoyed an evening with our friend last night who lives a little distance from the visitors car park though we found it very hard to see at night. The lighting is very poor which made it very difficult to navigate in the dark.

Most rude person in charge I have ever spoke to in relation to a caravan park . There was no explanation no chance for any conversation and all this yelled through a window . I wouldn’t stay here if the rest of the country was uninhabitable
