tl;dr - Book now!! INCREDIBLE.

From the first time I contacted Jeanie & Peter, they were knowledgeable, helpful, and thoughtful - from giving us advice on where to eat, proactively reaching out with thoughts and ideas to make our trip special, and overall making us feel like we were in the right hands.

As a bonus, Jeanie is a delightful cook. We were treated to delicious breakfast sandwiches (hot over a breakfast fire) & homemade banana bread in the afternoon. They had plenty of food & water (which was helpful, since we walked out without ours!)

Peter's love and knowledge of the area was incredibly clear throughout the tour. Murray-Sunset NP & Hattah State Forest are beautiful in their own right, but hearing Peter's obvious love and dedication for the area made it that much more enjoyable. In addition to getting to look in the bush where not many visitors get to go, he pointed out all sorts of conservation and restoration projects that he had worked on throughout his career. So cool to see, but cooler to see with someone who has obvious passion and knowledge.

I had the pleasure of joining Peter and Jeanie for an off-road tour at the Murray sunset National Park and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we started the tour, I knew we were in good hands. Peter and Jeanie were both incredibly knowledgeable about the area, and they took the time to answer all of our questions and share some fascinating facts with us.

Throughout the tour, we were shown some truly breathtaking natural sites that we would have never discovered on our own. It was clear that Peter and Jeanie had a deep love and appreciation for the park, and their enthusiasm was contagious.

One of the things that stood out to me was the attention to detail. We were shown things that non-tour people would miss, and it made the experience all the more special. The tour was also very well-organized, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire trip.

After the tour, Peter and Jeanie even gave us some great recommendations that made the rest of our stay in the area even better. And I have to say, the inaugural Paddy Melon tournament they recommended was definitely a highlight of the trip!

Overall, I would highly recommend this off-road tour to anyone looking to explore the Murray Sunset National Park. Peter and Jeanie are fantastic guides who are passionate about what they do, and it truly shows. Thank you for an amazing experience!"

We very much enjoyed the personalised tour visiting special places with Jeannie and Peter. The sights were customised to suit our particular interests. Thank- you especially for finding the rare Regent parrot! Delicious morning tea and lunch by Jeannie. Very much appreciated Peter’s vast knowledge of the local flora and fauna. We really enjoyed our off-road adventure. Peter and Jeanie were very knowledgable about the area and fantastic guides. Our lunch stop at the gorgeous Trentham estate winery was a great way to finish the tour. Highly recommend!

Peter & Jeanie were terrific tour guides today. They took us to a couple of hidden gems and gave a very interesting and engaging commentary along the way. We learnt all about this intriguing place, it’s history, wildlife and people and even got to sample Jeanies’ banana cake which was sensational. Couldn’t recommend more highly. Book yourselves in for a great day!
