Called and talked with the rude staff. A woman took my call and she was very rude, hung up my call. Then I called back again, a man took my call and I complained that my call was hung up then he seemed to talk with others, hung up my call again.

Called the service many times, no one answered and no reply to my voice message. No help organisation.

International students do not need to come here. For resume polishment, job searching and interview practice, international students can get these in the campus career hub and there is no need to come here. Also, the receptionist talked with you in front of the glass wall (th glass wall does not have any holes) which made the communication difficult. The financial help services including house, emergency relief and traineeship program are only for PR or citizen though they said could help to pay bills of gas or electricity. I talked with the senior career counsellor Lisa and she advised me to try hospitality jobs. When I asked her about the mentoring support, she said she did not know about that because she did not make the booklet. Also, the guest wifi did not work.
