Called to ask the price to fit an air filter to my Holden Colorado. They offered to do it for nothing as a good gesture just before Christmas! Thanks so much. I will be returning in future for other work.

I was grateful initially when Tony the owner responded quickly to having my car on the road...& Given that I drive a Holden & Tony drives a Holden, I put my trust in him for future work.
Tony tells me I have to spend $150 to have the bottom of my car cleaned otherwise he will not touch it.... 1st example of a red flag....2nd red flag a carwash as part of the service...this didn't happen & my request(3rd red flag) to cease the locking system in my car was too much for the auto electrician to complete but he still charges me $150 for no result. When I complained to Tony & requested the completion of the job....he suggested I sort it myself......... The 4th red flag...my next service performed by a real mechanic, told me that none of the sparkplugs matched & hoses were leaking under the bonnet.......So what was actually done the day I paid alot of money for nothing.Tony is A Lazy, softcock who exploits customers...particularly pensioners.
I should have written this earlier but rest assured Tony did not get my business anymore.Good Riddance & the worst of luck to you Tony. Tony The Thief

I have been using Mt Evelyn Automotive Services for about 12 years now and am on my 3rd car that he and Stephan are tending too. I have always found them very professional and caring. Nothing is too much trouble for them. It is great they have a loan car which is available. I have moved from the area to Rowville but still get my car serviced with Tony.
