My experience was really disappointing. After waiting for a week with no updates, I called to check on my order. The person I spoke to informed me that he hadn't made any progress and wasn't even sure if he could fulfill my order. When I asked for an estimated time of arrival, he couldn't provide one because he had no idea. He also made it clear that he mainly works with big companies, and it felt like he was questioning why I was bothering him. Throughout the conversation, he was quite rude. Despite my strong desire to obtain the rare item I ordered, I requested a refund due to the lack of information about when I could receive it. This upset him, and he responded by saying he didn't care and do what you want. He then hung up on me. Overall, it was a very poor customer service experience.

Worst customer service I've every experienced. Rang numerous times to try to work out a solution and every time the response is "sales team are currently unavailable" and when I leave contact details there is no return calls. Delays in dispatch, goods never received, can't talk to anyone to arrange a refund. Stay away until they sort themselves out!

Worst experience ever dealing with this company. I rang them to hopefully establish a relationship and to potentially order supplies for my cafe business in Darwin which just opened.They have complete lack of customer service skills and the old arrogant lady who answered the phone was very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. When i phoned last week i was met on the phone by a very angry old lady who was extremely rude and had a bad attitude. I deffinately did not feel like a welcomed customer. I usually dont write reviews but i made an exception after last weeks bad experience with this so called company. Its obviously a "cowboy" company.
100% do not reccomend

Planning to place the order. Unfortunately came across very demanding, rude and probably unhappy with her job old lady. My intention where to figure out why do I have to after placing the order wait for shipping quote. She told me that I should go and shop elsewhere. Perhaps I should follow her advice and shop elsewhere.
